Before we start, it's important for us to express our sincere gratitude for The Group Inc; they are a wonderful organization with amazing people, which made this decision all the more difficult. Our time and experience at TGI was fantastic and we left on extremely positive terms. [aka: no drama]
The Real Estate industry operates very uniquely compared to most professions and there are many different operating models that are adopted and executed with great success. Essentially, one size doesn't fit all! From a consumer standpoint, this becomes very evident when you start visiting open houses and interacting with the plethora of real estate agents. Ha!
As a hybrid "team" model, our goal is to serve family, friends, and clients at the highest level possible and be their source for all things Real Estate.
Enter Remax. Since our northern Colorado "sandbox" is relatively small, we heard about Realtor resources available through Remax that sounded too good to be true. Since we like to get the facts directly, the meetings ensued and our eyes were opened to the opportunities available within this global company.
In truth, it was immediately apparent that our clients would positively benefit from this transition. Remax is the No. 1 name in Real Estate and brings with it technology, marketing, and access that no other local company can match. Also, as of this writing, Remax Alliance leads northern Colorado in market share.
